He recalled that Russia’s side had promised earlier that the “Memorandum” was immediately released after the exchange.
“We encourage the Russian side to immediately fulfill this promise and stop trying to make a destructive meeting. Diplomacy should be meaningful, and a new meeting should have a result,” he emphasized.
