Law enforcement officials have confined a group of people involved in attacking TCC and SP military personnel in Cherkoy – three men and one woman. This was reported by the National Police on Tuesday, May 27.
The department recalled yesterday at Cherkoy in Rozhdestvenskaya Street there was an incident while examining military accounting data by local residents. Men have encouraged a conflict with TCC and SP employees.
For hours, police identified and stopped the attacks. These are three men aged 48, 38 and 49 years old, as well as a 45 -year -old woman.
“Currently, a set of investigations and procedures are resumed, aimed at completely clarifying all the circumstances of the incident and conducting a pre -trial investigation,” the report said.
The issue of reporting to the defendants about suspicion under an article in Hooliganism (part 3 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was resolved. Three detainees were placed in a temporary detention center. All four faces up to five years in prison.
In addition, the issue of further qualifications of the actions of these people has been resolved.
