VOLODYMYR ZELENSKYY President has imposed new NSDC sanctions.
The head of state submitted a decision of the National Security and Defense Council of May 25, 2025 on the introduction of new personal sanctions. The corresponding decree No. 344/2025 and No. 345/2025 were published on the website of the president today.
Lists of sanctions, in particular, were citizens of Ukraine:
- Oleksandr Boguslaev is the son of the former president of Motor Sich Vyacheslav Boguslav.
- Igor Mosiychuk – former deputy and blogger
- Rostislav Shaposhnikov-Sow Journalist and Chairman of the NGO “Control of Road Management”.
In addition, the restriction of Chechnya Kadirov Akhmed Dudaev, a member of the supervisory board of the Union of Paratroopers of the Russian Federation Sergey Lalakin and three leaders of Russian criminal groups: Sergey Lalakin (Podolskoy), Sergey Mhayal (Sossevsky) and Genenadzhon.
Sanctions are also applied to the owner of the Russian Online Pin-Up Dmitry Punin.
The presidential decree says that the NSDC decision provides for the use of personal special economic and other restrictive measures. Control over the implementation is entrusted to the Secretary of the Council.
We will recall that on May 1, Volodymyr Zelenskyy President was acted by the NSDC decision on new sanctions. Then the former adviser to the presidential office, Alexei Ardsnutovich, blogger Miroslav Oleshko and the director of Rosatom, Alexei Likasov, were included in the list.
