In the case of arson, Prime Minister Kira Starmer is investigating the possible participation of Russia.
FT writes about this with reference to sources.
In this case, two Ukrainians and a Romanian citizen – Peter Biki, Roman Lavrinovich and Stanislav Karpuk – were accused of conspiracy for arson.
British officials are investigating whether Russian figures can recruit three accused of arson. Now they are discussing how best to act if it is confirmed.
The investigation unit is involved in the fight against terrorism, but three suspects are still accused of ordinary criminal crimes, and not of crimes against the security of the country. One government official warned that there are several versions of events that are still being checked, not one of them is rejected.
The investigation considers their objects involved in a series of objects related to the Prime Minister of the UK Kir Star.
The third suspect is considered 34-year-old Peter Beginko, who was detained on May 19 in Chelsea and was already taken into custody. The first in this case was detained by 21-year-old Ukrainian Rimsky Lavrinovich. Then a 26-year-old citizen of Romania, who was born in Ukraine. This is Stanislav Karpyuk. The judge denied him in his promise – the man remained in custody.
Karpiuk is thrown away by a conspiracy with Lavrinovich for the sake of arson to create a threat to life. Both should appear before the court on June 6.
The investigation is considering their car involved in the north of London, the private house of Prime Minister Kira Starmer on the same street and in another house where Starman lived before he became premiere.
