The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about the country’s preparation to participate in the upcoming climax of seven groups (G7) in Canada.
President Vladimir Zelensky said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is actively preparing for Ukraine’s participation at the Semey Summit (G7), which will be held in June 2025 in Canada. On Friday, May 23, he spoke in the evening.
Zelensky noted that on May 23 he heard the report of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Sibii, who received the task of ensuring additional funding for the manufacture of artillery shells and drones in Ukraine. The President thanked the Foreign Ministry for working for preparing for the summit.
Canadian prime minister Mark Karny invited Zelensky to the meeting of G7 leaders, but it was not yet known if he could personally participate in the summit.
