The investigation believes that Poroshenko, being in the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs in the last weeks of his cadence, was involved in the preparation of the text “Harkivas Agreements” – a document that allowed the Black Navy of the Russian Federation to remain in the Crimea until 2042.
In the conditions of the leader of “European solidarity”, the charges are considered politically motivated and “absurd” and emphasize that at that time he no longer held the post of head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The documents were signed on April 21, 2010. Poroshenko was released on March 11 of the same year.
Journalists note that as part of this trial, diplomat Konstantin Yeliseev searched searches – then Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and adviser Poroshenko on international issues.
And the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other agencies are already receiving requests for the seizure of documents related to the “Harcoevs agreements.”
