Prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General sent an indictment against the former deputy secretary of national security and defense of Ukraine and three employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation.
The office of the prosecutor named not the name of the official, but in view of the circumstances indicated in the report, and the date of Vladimir Sivovich.
The existing secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine was charged with participation in the criminal organization and the state treason (part 2 of Article 255, part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), as well as employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation – creation, management, participation in the criminal organization and spy (part 1, 2 Article 255, part 1 of Article 114).
The investigation showed that the operation, being in the territory of the Russian Federation, was involved in unspoken cooperation with representatives of the state of the aggressor. The accused was an active participant in the criminal organization and acted under the leadership of FSB employees. He systematically received from the former head of the Chief Director of SBU in Crimea, at that time the existing officer on special orders of SBU leadership, information about the processes that occur in the state and directly in law enforcement agencies. This information was transferred to FSB by FSB employees so that the enemy could affect SBU.
Currently, an indictment on charges of security of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on charges of treason, participation in a criminal organization, unauthorized leave of the service and seizure of weapons is considered in court.
