The British prime minister has promised that the agreement will be beyond the previous one, concluded by the previous government, that “not working for any of the parties.”
The United Kingdom aims to end a new cooperation agreement with the European Union, which will be part of a broader “plan change”. This is stated on the British government’s website.
It is noted that the new EU agreement will meet national interests and bring specific benefits for the population. In particular, it is planned that the agreement will contribute to economic growth, the creation of new jobs, lowering household costs and improve control of the boundaries.
Starmer has promised that the new cooperation with the EU will be part of a broader “plan of change”, which should bring real benefits. He emphasized that the current agreement will be exceeded by the previous one, which the previous government ended, which “did not work for any of the parties.”
“We will not be close to ourselves, but we will appear at the World Arena, ending agreements with the interests of British citizens. Tomorrow is another step forward: more benefits for the UK from the new EU cooperation,” Kir Starkmer said.
This is the third major international agreement over the past two weeks: earlier the UK has come to trade with India and the USA.
Earlier, the media reported that Great Britain and the EU next week will display a joint defense and security package, where London can be part of the European defense policy.
Keep in mind that in March it was reported that the EU intends to limit the access of the United States, Great Britain and Turkey to the re -funding.
Great Britain has been a member of the European Union since 1973. In 2016, a referendum was held in the country, where 51.9% of voters spoke for Brexit. From February 1, 2020, the United Kingdom formally stopped to be part of the EU, the transition period acted until January 1, 2021.
