“So I can’t say it planned in terms of choosing a place and date, but the President wanted to do it. He wanted to do it soon. Russia’s side also expressed his readiness to do so,” Rubio added.
According to him, we are now talking about “gathering everyone together and determining where and when a meeting will take place.”
