President Vladimir Zelensky in Rome met with President Switzerland Karin Keller-Zutter and discussed this with rising pressure in Russia and the need to stop. Zelensky said this on Saturday night, on May 17 on Facebook.
“We talked about the need to stop fire, boosting pressure in Russia, human clearance, implementation of school food projects and the arrangement of shelters in Ukrainian schools, as well as participation of Swiss companies in Ukrain’s restoration,” Zelensky said.
He informed the interlocutor about negotiations with Istanbul, the importance of unity and coordination of all partners, especially the United States, to achieve a complete and unconditional ceasefire in Ukraine.
Zelensky thanked Keller-Zutter for the humanitarian support of Ukrainian, Ukrainians and Ukrainian resistance.
Also, Zelensky first met in Rome with the new Prime Minister of Canada Mark Carney.
And on the eve of Zelensky met with Eurorada and European Commission presidents.
