The European Union joins 17 packs of sanctions against Russia. The list of restrictions included another 189 ships of Kremlin’s “Shadow Fleet”. This was announced by European Commission leader Ursula Von Der Layen on Social Network X on Wednesday, May 14.

“I invite the agreement to our 17 packages of sanctions against Russia. We continue to limit access to military technologies. And we have created another 189 tent flots vessels to aim to export energy from Russia,” he wrote.

Von der Layen added that a full -scale war in Ukraine should end, and the EU will continue to put pressure on the Kremlin.

Earlier, the media reported that the ambassadors of the European Union members of the European Union were in line with 17 packages of sanctions against Russia.
