The Security Service detained another military intelligence agent of the Russian Federation (better known as the game) in the Rivn region. He prepared an air attack by Rashists along the power lines (transmission lines) that feeds Kyiv and the entire metropolitan region of Ukraine.
According to the case, a person involved in Russian Kamikadze drones on high-voltage line, which connect the Rivne nuclear power plant with the energy objects of the region KIV.
To configure the blow, the agent tried to install the GPS tracker on one of the supports of the main transmission lines. At the signal of the Mayak, the invaders planned to send the Shahd to turn off the agglomeration of the capital.
As the investigation was established, the former Rivne NPP employee was a hostile agent. Even before a full -fledged war, a person was released from the object of regime.
However, in the spring of 2025, the “connected” military intelligence of the Russian Federation from the Moscow region came to its messenger and proposed cooperation in exchange for money.
After hiring, the agent received detailed instructions for a hostile task from the Russian special service.
In order to freely approach the transmission line and install the GPS tracker, the agent previously investigated the whereabouts of the Ukrainian troops that protect the local nuclear power plant.
After that, he made his way to the “goal” through the open area and after reaching – he tried to activate the trekking module. At that moment, he was detained by the counterintelligence SBU.
At the site of the detained mobile phone with which he contacted the Russian GRU, he was deleted.
Security investigators informed him of suspicion in the framework of the second part of art. 113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (sabotage committed in martial law). The attacker is in custody, he is threatened with life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
