Participants in the procedure were pursued for the So -called “veteran” of the war against Ukraine that came to the capital of the Russian Federation.
Russian law enforcement officials have arrested 23 people, including five of their colleagues, at the Sheremetyevo airport in case of fraud and theft of Russian conquerors fighting against Ukraine. This was reported on May 12 by the Russian propaganda tass news agency, which refers to resources to law enforcement agencies.
We are talking about a major criminal scheme where taxi drivers, criminals and patrol service employees of the Linear Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia have participated.
Those arrested have been accused of fraud, theft, as well as the creation of an organized criminal community and participation in it.
Participants in the scheme were pursued for so -called “Veterans” to arrive in Moscow. Instead of common tariffs for a taxi trip within one or two thousand rubles, veterans have asked for ten times higher-40, 70, and sometimes 122 thousand rubles. In some cases, the passengers were attacked by alcohol, and then robbed.
One of the police officers monitored and blocked the victims’ statements, ensuring the lack of strength of the criminal group.
Two other law enforcement officials helped identify victims-men in camouflage with military symbols, from the southwest direction.
As we have written, Russian residents have reduced the funeral costs of relatives -due to rising prices of ritual services against the war background against Ukraine. Instead, demand for cremation is growing in the Russian Federation, as it costs cheaper than burial in the grave.
