French President Emmanuel Macron added that the monitoring of the ceasefire will be mainly provided by the Americans, but all the others will also participate – this will allow you to immediately start negotiations on confidential infrastructure and security guarantees.
In case of violation of the ceasefire, we agreed that the sanctions would be huge. They will already prepare and coordinate between Americans and Europeans, ”Macron emphasized.
