Germany handed over a new military assistance package to Ukraine.
The new package, which was approved yesterday, on the first day of the new government of Friedrich Merets, included missiles in missile defense complexes, drones, armored vehicles, air defense systems, rifle weapons, special vehicles and ammunition. This was reported by the press service of the German government.
The updated assistance list contains:
- Three independent artillery installations Zuzana 2;
- Four kinetic defensive systems of air defense;
- 66 armored vehicles using MRAP protection;
- 70 vector reconnaissance drones with spare parts
- 150 shocks of drones HF-1
- Bucky Leopard 2;
- 38 thousand ammunition for independent anti -air plants of the cheetah;
- AIRS-T SLM missile;
- 27 thousand ammunition 155 mm;
- 1 thousand shells 122 mm caliber;
In addition, the Ukrainian defense forces will receive 10 surface drones from the Germans, three border patrols, six armored vehicles for the repair and evacuation of Bergepanzer with spare parts, four visible 1 spare parts and two mine paths.
In addition, the list of new assistance includes 41 ground observations, 917 disposable grenade launcher RGW 90, 3 thousand 769 assault rifles G3 and 800 assault rifles MK 556 and other equipment.
We recall that in April Ukraine also received a military assistance package from Germany. Then the armed forces transferred the MRAP vehicles, the ammunition of Leopard 2, cars with kinetic protection, self-propelled anti-aircraft guns Gepard and Iris-T Scr.
