EU plans to impose penalties for using chemical weapons in Ukraine

According to him, the European Commission suggested expanding the list of penalties in the EU, including 15 more individual and legal creatures related to the use of chemical weapons in Ukraine.

“The use of methods of combating mass disturbances such as tears gas as a warfare method is prohibited in accordance with the convention on the ban on chemical weapons, a non -prolifery agreement, controlled by the organization to inhibit chemical weapons,” the newspaper wrote.

The negotiations began with the EU with the 17th package of sanctions against Russia, the main goal of which the Russian military industry, as well as the “shadow” marine armade and auxiliary structures. Like the sanctions against 15 people and companies associated with Russian hybrid threats and the possible use of chemical weapons in Ukraine, as well as against 25 people and organizations for human rights violations, are considered.

It is expected that next week, within the outline of EU members’ 17 -year package, the EU will agree with the introduction of about 140 new ships, mainly the tanks, and 70 legal creatures and individuals.

According to resources, the EU is likely to impose sanctions against Russia’s large oil company Surgutneftegaz, who has fallen under Washington’s restriction in January as part of the strengthening of Russian trade resistance to energy sources.

The European Parliament has adopted a new resolution, encouraged to strengthen and accelerate the political, military, humanitarian, economic and financial support of Ukraine “before success.”
