A suspect attack on activist and volunteer Sergey Sternenko was selected on May 2.

In the course of participation, he is accused of committing a crime under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- Part 2 of art. 111 (treason committed in martial law);
- Part 2 of art. 15, part 3 of art. 27 and part 2 of art. 115 (the murder was completed, trying for selfish motifs committed by order, through a preliminary conspiracy by a group of persons).

According to the case, first, to order curators, she conducted observations of certain cars, photographed them and transmitted information to her “contact”.
Subsequently, the agent began to receive new tasks. In particular, according to the instructions of her curator, she had to make a home -made explosive device, and also changed her place of residence – moving to the apartment in the central part of Kyiv.
Since mid -April, the participation began to monitor the state activist and volunteer Sergius Sternenko, settling in one residential complex.
Later, she received the coordinates of the “Schron”, which is a hidden firearms – a pistol of the PM and ammunition model.
And in the morning of May 1, the curator gave her instructions to kill the activist near her apartment. Thanks to previous observations, the attackers were already known to the car brand and about the time when the volunteer leaves his house.
During the exit of Sternenko, the Russian agent made several shots from the house: one of the balls hit him. The attacker was immediately detained at the place of security service of Ukraine.
As a result of the search, she found a phone with evidence of the Russian Federation, as well as components for a home -made explosive device that she kept in another apartment.

The detainee threatens up to 15 years in prison.
