OSCE’s representative on issues of freedom of media has made an application for torture and cruelty to Ukrainian journalist Victoria Roshchina, who died in illegal conclusions without Russian charges.

His brother emphasized that such actions of the Russian Federation are in violation of international law, including the International Pact on Civil and Political Rights, the UN Convention against torture and the Geneva Conventions. The OSCE representative noted that journalists in the conflict zones have civil status, which means that their torture and illegal maintenance is a particularly serious crime.

It is inhuman an appeal to political rights (MPGPP) and the UN Convention against suffering.
His brother said he condemned abuses from Russia and called for complete compliance with international legal obligations.
As you know, Victoria Roshchin disappeared in August 2023 on a territorial trip that was temporarily seized by Russia. In May 2024, Russia recognized its restraint, and in October it learned about its death in Russia’s opinion.
