The Southern District military court in Rostov-on-Don found the native of Melitopol Yegor Semenov in the case of an attempt to poison the graduates of the Armavir Aviation School in Krasnodar Territory. This was reported by Rossmi on Tuesday, April 29.
It was noted that Semenov had been punished for 27 years in prison in a maximum security colony that served in the first five years in prison.
In the first session of the court, he sought a sin under the paragraph “A” part 3 of the art. 205 (Terrorist Act) and Art. 275 of the Criminal Code (State Treason).
The Russian prosecutor’s office said that at the beginning of 2023, Semenova allegedly encouraged Ukrainian intelligence services. Later, he said he received the task of repairing the Russian pilots that planned to meet at a feast on the occasion of the end.
Semenov arrived at Armavir. There he added toxic substances to alcohol. On October 20, 2023, the courier, on his behalf, delivered alcohol and a cake to one of the city’s restaurants.
The pilots managed to cute a sweet gift, but they decided to check the weakening parcel. The review later found that the products were poisoned.
According to the prosecutor of the Russian Federation general, Semenov was born in Melitopol, and is said to have received Russian citizenship in 2022.
