They were tried for illegally crossing persons along the entire state border of Ukraine, the Observers project reports.
Kobzar for desertion, and Yanukovych – for incitement to desertion. This is an episode of Yanukovych’s escape from Ukraine in the winter of 2014, when large -scale protests continued throughout Ukraine.
The investigation showed that during the escape they were helped by employees of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and Putin himself knew about the operation.

Prosecutors in court proved that on February 23, 2014, the expansion of Ukraine in collusion with the former head of the Presidential Security Service and representatives of the Russian Federation illegally crossed the state border of Ukraine and organized at least 20 people from the close environment and UDO.
