“At 25.04 at night, the Russian military helicopter of the Baltic Fleet violated the airspace over Poland’s territorial waters over the Baltic Sea,” the commander said.
The flight of Russian aircraft is observed by military radar systems of the Polish Armed Forces and the civilian Polish Air Navigation Agency’s civilian systems.
The military said the nature of the incident indicates that “Russia examines the readiness of our air defense systems.”
