Ukraine and Europe have agreed on the joint plan of the settlement of the Russian-Cukraine War.
The document was formed at a meeting of the Ukrainian delegation with representatives of the coalition of those who want in London on April 23. The proposals have already been transferred to the United States of America. Kyiv said that Crimea cannot be officially recognized by Russia, and Ukraine needs clear security guarantees. This was reported by the telegraph.
It is noted that the Ukrainian side has five requirements:
- The occupied Crimea should not be recognized as Russians.
- Clear security guarantees as the price for a peace agreement in which Ukraine will give way to its territories, even temporarily.
- The return of Ukraine to the center of the world process.
- Warning for the United States and NATO: if the Russian Federation retains control over the Crimea, it can attack not only Ukraine, but also the risk of turkey, Romania and Bulgaria.
- Ukraine does not agree to limit the number of armed forces and the defense industry.
It is noted that Kyiv insists that the first and second paragraph indicates that a peace agreement should be based “by international law, and not on surrender.”
On the eve, during a visit to South Africa, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that this document is a common view of the European Union and Ukraine at the end of the war, and now it lies with Donald Trump on the table.
The above points were not officially announced.
We will recall that on March 22, Volodymyr Zelenskyy President stated that Ukraine has not received official offers for exchange or rejection of territories.
