Currently, the Kremlin is looking for ways to promote at least some cooperation channels with western countries, despite the ongoing pressure of war and penalties.
The United States has denied the Russian proposal to restore direct air traffic between countries, asserting that it should be at least one truce in Ukraine. This was revealed by the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Yuri Ushakov.
“Americans believe it is necessary to achieve some changes in the direction of Ukrainian, and only then can we talk about air traffic. Even if it seems to me it will be a logical decision,” Uhakov said.
The Air Force between Russia and the United States has completely stopped against the rear of a full -scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The removal of flights has become part of the global separation of Moscow, where twelve countries have joined.
Uhakov’s statement is not a direct evidence that Kremlin is looking for ways to promote at least some cooperation channels with western countries, despite the ongoing war and penalized pressure.
Separately, Ushakov said there was no development in possible telephone contact between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, despite talking to this topic in Moscow.
“Talking about it goes on, about this phone call. But to this day the agreements have not been reached,” he added.
Remember that US president Donald Trump has expanded the ban on the entrance of Russian ships to American ports for another year.
