Scientists criticize the simplified meaning of sexual identity, emphasizing that intercix-cups exist and do not fit the “man-western” binar system.
The Hungarian Parliament with a majority vote approved the 15th Amendment to the Constitution, which involved the restriction of the freedom of meeting for LGBTK community representatives and referred only to the two sexes. Telex reported it on Monday, April 14th.
The ruling party began this, as the proposal caused protests in Budapest.
The amendment suggests in particular:
-
A man can only be a man or a woman;
-
The use, manufacture and propaganda of drugs are prohibited;
-
Children’s rights have a higher priority in the freedom of meetings – it allows the authorities to inhibit the marches of pride;
-
It is allowed to temporarily suspend the citizenship of people with double citizenship;
-
The Constitution guarantees the right to calculate cash.
Allows the government to inhibit the steps that are “popular with sex or homosexuality change.”
In this regard, human rights activists consider it an attack on human rights and freedom of meeting.
In addition, scientists have also criticized the simplified formulation of sexual identity, emphasizing that intercex-cereals exist and do not adapt to the “man-woman” binar system.
Earlier, Orban suggested moving the LGBT community’s annual gay parade from Budapest streets to a closed space.
Remember that the head of the Georgian Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, signed the law against the LGBT community propaganda.
