The police of Kyiv and SBU installed young people who listened to Russian music in Kyiv – they were delivered to administrative responsibility.
This is April 14, the press service of the Kiev police.
It is noted that yesterday, April 13, during the monitoring of social networks, the police found a video where a group of young people on the street loudly turned on the music of Russian performers.
Without interfering in the commentary of passers -by and reminders of the tragedy in Sumi, where people were killed by people, young people did not turn off the Russian track, but instead made music louder and began to mock the citizens, the police said.
Law enforcement officers determined the persons of all violators:
- two 17-year-old local residents;
- 20-year-old resident of the region KIV.
They explain their actions that they were intoxicated, because the day before they consumed alcoholic beverages acquired by their senior friend, the police said.
Police officers made administrative materials under art. 173 (small hooliganism) and art. 178 (drinking alcohol in public places and the appearance in public places in a drunken form) of the Code of Administrative Crimes.
The parents of the offenders were also held accountable for failure to comply with parents or persons who replace them with the obligation to raise children (Article 184 of the Code of Administrative Crimes).
Currently, young people are working with young people, ”the police added.
