Finland’s Parliament unanimously approved a government proposal for a complete ban for Russian citizens for real estate transactions. This was reported by the country’s Ministry of Defense on Friday, April 11.
“I consider it important that Parliament supports the initiative aimed at strengthening national security. And I’m pleased. This decision clearly shows that we will not give Finland’s destabilization,” said the Minister of Defense Anti Khiakkyanen.
The ministry had previously explained that Russia is putting a long -term security threat to Europe, and that the owner’s owner can be used as a tool of uprising.
According to Khiakkeanen, the next step is to adopt a law that interferes with issues of real estate, if it threatens.
