They took actions related to the disposal of property in respect of which the actual circumstances indicate its receipt of criminal funds, including the implementation of a financial transaction, with such property and its movement, the decision said.
On March 31, 2025, the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Corruption questioned the decision of the court of first instance regarding the sum of the promise of the former chief physician of the Khmelnitsky regional center of medical and social experience Tatyana Krup and determined a new promise, reducing it from 230 million UAH to 130 million.
Chairman of the case Dmitry Mikhailenko noted that the full text of the decision will be announced on April 7. The decision on the appeal entered into force and is not subject to appeal.
