The prosecutor sent a request to the court to change the measure of restraint by the former head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov.

The prosecutor insists on changing the preventive measure to severe content, namely the detention with an alternative to release on bail in the amount of $ 75 million, the report said.
SAP recalls that the former head of the State Fiscal Service and the head of the DFS Department of Ukraine are accused of a crime as part of the second part of art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (abuse of position, which caused serious consequences).
The prosecution party believes that the former president of the State Tax Service, acting in the interests of the People’s Deputy Ukraine of the 8th convocations, personally adopted a number of unreasonable and illegal decisions on installments of tax debt and obligations Hash LLC, Carpatadon LLC LLC, LLC.
These decisions were made by him in violation of the procedure defined by law, namely in the absence of proper justification and legal grounds, which caused serious consequences in the form of indecision of mandatory payments to the state budget in the amount of more than 2 billion UAH, ”SAP emphasized.
On April 9, Nasirov did not appear before the court, his defender filed a request to suspend the indicated trial in connection with the mobilization of the client.
Please note that this case is at the last stage of the consideration – judicial debate, after which the court must bear the sentence. Nevertheless, the mobilization of one of the accused will lead to a delay in the case, as a result, this can avoid responsibility, ”Sap emphasized.
We recall that yesterday, April 10, it became known that the armed forces canceled the order to mobilize the Nasirov. The military law enforcement service said that the investigation was investigating on this issue.
