On April 10, the Supreme Council of Justice (GRP) decided to dismiss Viktor clayani from the post of judge of the Court of Appeal of Kyiv on the basis of paragraph 3 of part 6 of art. 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
The implementation of this procedure was based on the submission of the Second Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Council of Justice, which decided to bring the judge of the Court of Appeal of Kyiv Viktor Glineni for disciplinary responsibility and apply disciplinary punishment in the form of a judge from his position.
In March 2025, the Supreme Court against corruption continued to consider the advantages of four judges of the Court of Appeal of Kyiv Plibi, Shlining, Palinic and Dzubin, who are accused of receiving a bribe of $ 35,000.
According to the investigation, three judges canceled the arrest of two PJSC airlines “Airlines of Constant”. One judge was an intermediary between them and a former employee of the same court.
In October 2024, the second disciplinary chamber of the Supreme Council of Justice offered the judges of the Court of Appeal of Kyiv Vyacheslav Dzubin, Yuri Slick, Igor Paenik and Viktor Glignan for disciplinary responsibility and presented their dismissal.
This decision was supported by four of the four members of the GRP chamber who had the right to vote. The final decision should be made in full composition. By that time, all four judges were temporarily removed from justice.
During the chamber meeting, the defender Plum and Glinynany called for the court sentenced to wait for the court sentenced.
The judge from the plum explained that he did not know that the package found by NABU detectives had money, not coffee. When he was asked that the chairman, regardless of whether he often wears coffee bags in his pockets, he replied that “he was in a hurry, the leaflet was in the car, so he put the package in his jacket pocket.”
We recall that all four judges are accused of NABU, where a bribe of 35 thousand dollars.
Judge Dzhabin allegedly played the role of an intermediary and left $ 10,000 for his services. They were found at the site of the judge.
The rest of the US $ 25,000 allegedly had to divide three judges from the panel. Dzhabin allegedly put them in a box of whiskey and handed the judge Palinik. Later, during a search in the apartment, detectives found $ 24,800.
The investigation believes that he left this money, instead it took $ 16,600 with other notes to transfer to two colleagues – clay and plum.
According to the investigation, Palinik handed the clay money in the brochure of the Internet provider. But the judge Plum Palenik allegedly handed over the money in the coffee package.
