As of April 10, 2025, 48 people were mobilized into the Armed Forces at their own request immediately after the indictment was sent to the court in the event of a specialized reputed prosecutor’s office or the National Anti -Corruption Bureau. This was reported on April 10 SAP on Facebook.
The publication, in particular, was mentioned of the case of the former head of the DFS Roman Nasirov, who mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces during the judicial debate in a case related to the gas schemes of the former member of the Parliament Alexander Onoshkhenko.
The mobilization of the accused of SAP and Nabu has become one of the current and popular methods for avoiding criminal liability. Currently, 48 people were mobilized in the Armed Forces after sending the indictment on their own initiative – the prosecutor’s office was informed.
It is noted that the consideration of cases was terminated from the mobilization of these citizens, and the time of judicial persecution ends, which increases the likelihood of avoiding punishment.
We recall that the day before it became known that the former head of the State Financial Service Roman Nasirov was voluntarily mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the stage of judicial debate.
Nasirov was appointed to the post of Sapry, and the reason for enrolling the military unit was a certificate of passing the military medical commission of January 30, 2025.
After resonance, the commander of the 101st Security Brigade of General Employees of the Armed Forces, named after Colonel Gennady Vorobov, to whom Nasirov wanted to join, announced his call illegal and abolished it.
