The former head of the Valerey Zaluzhny confirmed the existence of a secret headquarters in Vishbaden, where the Ukrainian command, together with American partners, planned operations against Russian troops.
He said that “the headquarters of the apartment really became our partners with secret weapons in planning and forming the needs for their implementation.” It was created on the basis of a logistics center, when there was a need for the operational headquarters to evaluate the needs of weapons and equipment.
Earlier, New York Times learned about this.
The story of employees in Vishbaden Zaluzhny told Facebook. According to him, this headquarters -apartment “really became our partners with secret weapons in planning and forming the needs for their implementation.”
It was created on the basis of the Center for Coordination of Military Assistance to Ukraine, which was first based at the headquarters of the US European command in Stuttgart, and then continued its work in Vishbaden.
After that, Ukraine, together with partners, felt the need for the operational headquarters for evaluating weapons and equipment. That is why they created a headquarters on the basis of a logistics center, which was supposed to analyze the planned operations of the Ukrainian army and form needs for them.
This problem was especially acute in the summer of 2022, when our partners expressed doubts about the appropriateness of certain types of weapons and ammunition for the front in Ukraine, says Zaluzhni.
According to him, the headquarters planned operations, conducting military games, forming the needs for the armed forces and transferring them to the United States and the capital of European countries. The expert group considers this headquarters a “excellent mechanism for interaction with our partners”.
