The governing body of the MUS calls Hungary and from now on will remain a decisive participant in Roman law.
The presidency of the member states of the International Criminal Court assembly has expressed concern in response to reports that the Hungarian government has taken steps for the country to leave Roman law. This is stated in a press release on the Musk website on Thursday, April 3.
“The presidency expresses regret about such a turn of events. When the state -opposing state leaves Roman law, it forgets our common desire for justice and weakens our decision to fight for impotence,” the statement said.
The governing body of the MUS calls Hungary and from now on will remain a decisive participant in Roman law.
“Every state -wasting state has the right to express its fears of the meeting, and the presidency immediately calls on Hungary to discuss the content of this issue,” Mus added.
It is noteworthy that Hungary officially initiated a removal from the International Criminal Court after prime minister Viktor Orban signed the decision.
The decision was made on the day of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Hungary.
In November 2024, the MUS issued a Netanyahu warrant warrant on war crimes charges committed in a conflict in Gaza. Hungary’s Prime Minister refused to fulfill this command, calling the court’s decision to “politically motivated” and invited Netanyahu to an official visit to Budapest.
