The driver was taken in precautions immediately after the accident. Prosecutors have a petition for arresting due to the risk of escaping the driver from justice.
Ukrainians have been threatened by accusations of unspecified killing and unconditional health damage. The same suspicions related to the 43-year-old semi-trailer driver, who encountered a minibus, but were not confined.
Remember that on April 1’s morning in Austria, a minibus with the Ukrainians collapsed on a truck. Four people died and suffered serious injuries.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine confirmed the death of Ukrainian citizens and reported that the consul had helped the remaining victims.
