Russia also aims to increase its military potential in the region.
Trump’s idea
Last Friday, US vice president Jay Di Wans and his wife’s ear visited the American military base in Greenland.
First, the journey was planned as a private visit of the second US lady and a cultural tour. Together with their son, they should visit dog racers and other events.
But then Jay decided not to join his wife. After the composition of the delegation is changed, the visit program has only been reduced to the base visit. In Copenhagen, this change in visiting format is considered another Washington pressure.
