Note that on the morning of March 23, a major failure on the server occurred, after Ukrzaliznytsia announced the cyberak. Online ticket sales are not accessible.

On March 27, Ukrzaliznytsia restored online sales train tickets after the largest cyber attack.

The next day, March 28, Ukrzaliznytsia’s online services stopped working again because of a technical failure. In the application it is impossible to buy tickets. The site also works with interruptions.
