Rivneoblvodokanal warns of a decrease in water pressure at certain hours, and in some areas you can completely turn off. The reason is a critical absence of funds from low tariffs.
The director of the enterprise Andriy Grukal explains that the real cost of services should be 57 EC per cubic meter, while the population pays only 32.60 UAH.
From this, the debt Rivneoblvodokanal exceeded 115 million UAH, of which 70 million for electricity and 45 million for drain purification. Despite the promise of the regional council to allocate 20 million UAH in 2025, the company cannot cover current expenses. Therefore, the only way out is an hourly restriction of water supply.
