Pastor Mark Burns, personal spiritual adviser to US President Donald Trump, came to Ukraine.
This was announced today, March 31, on his Facebook page from Moshe Asman Chief Rabbi from Ukraine.
He is known in the religious and political circles of the United States, whose voice today weighs the new strategy and policy of America, says Asman.
The main rabbi of Ukraine noted that he and Burns went to Bush, Irpen and Boradinka:
So that he see the consequences of the Russian army against the civilian population of Ukraine and personally hear the memories of witnesses who experienced this terrible occupation … He saw him deeply struck him – he did not hide pain, indignation and sincere compassion.
I am sure that these emotions and indications will not remain personally. Pastor Burns is a person who has the opportunity to be heard, where important decisions are made. And I believe that the voice of truth from Ukraine will be brought into the very heart of the new American leadership, ”he added.
Berns also visited the interfaith religious forum, which was united by representatives of religious faiths and communities working in Ukraine.
