SBU reports to neutralize the agent group of Russian military intelligence (better known as the game) in Kyiv.
The main task of the attackers was to adjust the air strikes of racists in the capital of Ukraine, ”said SBU. – The main goals of the enemy were protective plants and warehouses with weapons and defense ammunition forces.
According to the results of complex measures, three partner enemies were detained, one of whom is a Russian citizen:
- The detained Russian spy lived in Ukraine in the “Waiting mode”, and after the outbreak of a full -fledged war, it was “activated” by Russian military intelligence. To adjust the hostile fire, Russians organized observation on the roof of a high -level Kyiv building. To have access to the “soil of viewing” at home, the agent used friendly relations with the representative of one of the local condominiums, who had keys to all technical premises;
- The other two accused are the current and former employees of the defense companies in Ukraine. One of them collected information about the influence of hostile missiles, the number of employees in factories, repair bases, etc. The other – “dark” questioned the location of potential goals from his former colleagues.
- It is noted that the agents acted in the other way, but “locked” for one curator – an employee of the game, whose personality was already identified.
- Counterintelligence SBU documented the crimes of agents and detained them. During the search, the accused were removed:
- computer equipment and mobile phones with report agents;
- The quadrocopter with which one of the agents planned to spy from the air for protective objects.
The detainees were notified of suspicion in accordance with crimes committed within the framework of several articles of the Criminal Code:
- Part 2 of art. 111 (treason committed in martial law);
- Part 3 of art. 114–2 (unauthorized distribution of information about the movement or deployment of the armed forces or other military units formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine committed in martial law);
- Hour 1, 3 tbsp. 436–2 (justification, legal recognition, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the glorification of its participants).
Two abuses are in custody without collateral. The third party involved in the court sent a request for precautions.
