US President Donald Trump may remain president until 2037, if one of the loopholes in the US Constitution.
The Daily Mail recalls that the 22nd amendment limits the presidents in two terms.
The method for Trump remains for the third time – both potentially and the fourth until January 2037, when he is 90 years old – not only possible, but also simple, thanks to a loophole.
The idea of using this loophole has long been distributed in academic circles, behind the scenes of Congress and the White House, and recently among the most prohibited supporters of Trump.
Experts believe that the key phrase in the correction:
No one can be elected to the president’s post more than doubled.
That is, twice chosen president will not be deprived of him or her post after the resignation or death of another president.
Thus, Trump could run for the post of vice president and Wence on the president. After taking the oath, Wence can resign, allowing his vice -president Trump to take his position.
The same procedure can be used in several elections.
