Poland creates a Defense and Security Fund, its size will be $ 7.8 billion. This was announced by Katazhina Pelchinsk-Nalench Minister and Regional Policy on Social Network X.
“Official: Poland is the first in Europe to create a defense and security fund within the KPO framework. We will invest billions -billions in shelters, two infrastructure and the development of Poland’s weapons companies,” he wrote.
Pelchinsk-Nalench added that the country will develop the domestic industry and explore new technologies.
According to the minister, the investment plan will be created within two months with the Ministry of Defense and other departments.
Earlier, the official reported that Poland would bring 30 billion zlotys to the fund (about 7.8 billion dollars or 7.2 billion euros equivalent).
Remember that Ukraine spent within two months of 2025 336.6 billion UAH from the total state budget fund for safety and defense.
