The deputy people of Anatoly Khanko were sentenced to seven years in prison – he was put on a bribe.
The verdict was declared the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court. Gunka confiscated all property, he will not have the right to be a chosen state body and work as a civil servant for three years.
The verdict will enter into force after 30 days if they are not appealed. During this time, the deputy people will wear an electronic bracelet. He recognized the bribe, but his defense said that the accused was called.
In August 2023, NABU exposed Anatoly Khanko when he was $ 85,000. He rented the land of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences.
According to the investigation, Ganko, in conspiracy with his assistant Igor Kalinichenko and another accomplice, also demanded from the representative of the agricultural company Agroof-2019, a bribe in exchange for permission to cultivate land belonging to the NAAS of Ukraine.
Each hectare of state land “Cost” in the amount of 130 US dollars. In total, 221 thousand dollars were indicated, from which it was necessary to transfer the deposit of 85 thousand.

Within 30 days, he can challenge the WACS appeal verdict.
