The Kremlin published a list of Russian and Ukrainian objects that cannot be dismissed with the parties during a 30-day truce:
- oil refineries;
- oil, gas pipelines and storage facilities, including pumping stations;
- infrastructure that produces and transmits electricity, including power plants, substations, transformers and distributors;
- Nuclear power plants;

Dams of hydroelectric power plants.
The presidential office of Ukraine and the White House did not provide such a list.
During the press conference on the evening of March 25, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Ukrainian side handed over to American representatives a list of energy facilities that Russia should not beat. He explained that in case of violation of Russia, Ukraine will inform the United States about this.
On March 23-25, negotiations between Ukraine and the USA and Russia and the United States were held in Arudia in Saudi Arabia. Ukraine and Russia were not in contact, but through the United States as an intermediary.
