Russia has confirmed an agreement with the United States on the safety of shipping to the Black Sea and both acknowledged blows. At the same time, the Kremlin said he could fulfill these conditions only after the West’s practical measures to soften the penalties. Russia also requires raising penalties from ships under its flag, involved in trade, and the cancellation of insurance restrictions of such transportation.
Separately, the Kremlin insisted to restore the supply of agricultural equipment and goods involved in the manufacture of products and fertilizers in Russia.
In addition, Moscow has pledged to observe a 30-day Truce about energy infrastructure, which entered strength on March 18. At the same time, the Kremlin emphasized that they would be removed from the agreement in the event of “breaking it with Ukraine.”
Earlier on Tuesday, the White House published a statement about the results of three-day American, Ukrainian and Russian delegations negotiations in Riyadh. Later, the Ukrainian side made an important clarification.
