The head of the state noted the special service for its success in front, in the Black Sea battle and in protecting the internal situation in the country.
President Vladimir Zelensky met with the SBU staff and celebrated their state awards on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of creating special services. This was reported by the Ukrainian leader’s press service on Tuesday, March 25.
“Over the years of this war, the SBU has become a special battle service, very effective, very powerful. This is what our state needs. SBU soldiers are involved in all sections of defense – from Kurshchina and Kharkovshina to all the hottest front points in Donetsk and south of our state,” Zelensky said.
He noted the results of the SBU and other bodies of defense forces in battle for the Black Sea and emphasized the results of the battle related to Russian oil refinery.
“I also want to note Ukraine’s security service efforts in protecting the internal situation in our state – this is the opposition of Russia’s saboteurs, intelligence networks, various operations, including Russian cyber attacks against Ukraine behind. Everyone like a torn surgery is the rescued life of Ukrainians.”
The President provided the SBU to the SBU for the merits of II and III degree, Bogdan Khmelnitsky II and III degree, for the bravery of II and III degree and Princess Olga of the III degree.
As reported, the SBU recorded the activation of the special services of the Russian Federation in our state’s information space that involved propagandists, bloggers and the “experts” who created and distributed anti -ukrainian content.
