The EU EU in Brussels could not agree on the distribution of 5 billion euros to ensure ammunition to Ukraine this year, since EU members, including France and Italy, evaded obligations for specific financial volumes.
Several European leaders will again meet in Paris on March 27 to try to advance the process forward. It is reported by Bloomberg with reference to sources in European diplomatic circles.
It is noted that the EU leaders are increasingly concerned that they are not allowed to negotiate US President Donald Trump with the Kremlin. In addition, they scattered a candidate of a senior official who could join the negotiations and represent the EU.
