Nestor Shufrich, who is suspected of treason, continued the preventive measure in the form of detention – until May 18.
The corresponding decision today, March 20, was made by the district court of Shevchenkivsky Kyiv, reports the publication of the “public”.
It is noted that:
- The prosecutors were very long detention of Shufrich for 60 days;
- Lawyers were asked to abandon this request. SHUFRYCH Valery Bunyak defender requested any other precaution, not related to detention. For example, house arrest;
- Shufrich, who declared the absence of a crime in his case and the wrong qualifications of events in the indictment, asked to abandon the prosecutors. He asked any other measure of restraint to work as a deputy people of Ukraine.
We recall that in September 2024 it became known that Shufrich was informed of suspicion of financing Rosgardi in Crimea. According to the investigation, after the occupation of Crimea, Russia entered into an agreement with the “federal state divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia” to protect its property on the peninsula.
