Naftogaz explained how new customers pay for gas

The company explained how to pay for the supply of “blue” fuel to the Ukrainians, previously served by Your Gazsbyt.

Since May 1, Naftogaz Ukrainy provides gas to household consumers, previously served by companies under the brand Tvoi Gazsbyt. Now it is Naftogaz that has to pay to these Ukrainians. This was reported by the press service of the company.

According to him, in June, 12.34 million gas bills were generated.

“From May 1, 2022, more than 10 million Ukrainian households receive gas from Naftogaz. That is why the charges for gas consumed in the previous period (May and June) must be paid to Naftogaz of Ukraine, “said the message.

Consumers can get their gas bill in June using:

• personal account on my.gas.ua;

• chatbot GASUA on Viber, Telegram and NaftogazGasSupply Facebook Messenger;

• e-mail (e-mail);

• EasyPay self-service terminals.

• Ukrposhta after the 20th day of the current month, but only in regions where there is no active fighting.

Ukrainians can pay for gas online and offline

Online

• personal account on my.gas.ua;

• chatbot GASUA on Viber, Telegram and NaftogazGasSupply Facebook Messenger;

• websites and mobile applications of banks;

• payment systems (Portmone, LiqPay, EasyPay, iPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Offline

• self-service payment terminals;

• bank branch;

• branch of Ukrposhta or New mail.

Payments are made monthly on the 10th to the 12th, Naftogaz noted. The amount to be paid is calculated based on the data on the consumed Gas, sent by the timing operator (oblgaz).
