Earlier, local residents complained about a series of explosions in the Saratov region. Local publics reported that in Engels they evacuated residents of the nearby house with a military airport after the UAV attack.

“With the purpose of security due to airport fire, those living in the SNT territory (garden partnerships adjacent to the facility) were evacuated. All operational services were in the area,” he said.

According to Busargin, approximately 30 private and country houses in some garden partnerships have also been damaged as a result of drone attacks.
