The European Union has prepared a delicate-2030 plan, which involves the creation of conditions for increasing defense costs to a level of 3.5% of GDP.
The EU’s white book (Kayanda-2030) involves the creation of conditions in which European countries can increase defense costs with the indicator of 3.5% of GDP. It was said by European Commissioner on Defense and Cosmos Andryus Cubilyus in Brussels during a press conference at the proposal of the aforementioned white book on Wednesday, March 19.
“German and Denmark intelligence services recently announced that, according to their information, Kremlin prepares to test Article 5 (Washington Treaty) NATO until 2030. That is why we have to prepare a road map of readiness by 2030 … There are four main provisions in the White Book, also called prepared 2030. First of all, this is increasing defense costs, creating opportunities for members of the country to achieve 3.5% of GDP in defense costs, ”he explained.
According to him, the second section of the white book in Europe’s future defense is to remove passes from defense capabilities, and not only those exposed to the war of the present era, but also those who are currently impossible to predict in future wars.
The third direction of the document directly remembers the development of military assistance for Ukraine and its integration of its European defense industry.
The fourth direction is the strengthening of the base of the European defense industry, overcome its breakdown, increasing European investment, cooperation in a joint conquest of defense and achieving a general understanding of national governments, whose defense industry is a general strategic european resource industry.
