In the Odessa region, a 14-year-old schoolgirl, according to the promise of money, set fire to an electric substation-girl fulfilled the task that she received in one of the envoys.
She is threatened with compulsory educational measures. This was announced today, March 19, the press service of the police.
It is noted that the event occurred last week in one of the villages of the Berezovsky district.
In anticipation of the street on the street, the attacker approached the transformer substation, poured it into a flammable liquid and set fire to it. She shot the process on the phone to confirm the client of the work performed, the police said.
The peasants, who live nearby, immediately noticed the fire, extinguished it and informed the police. Fortunately, not one of the people suffered.
Law enforcement officers quickly found that a 14-year-old resident was involved in the event.
The girl, in search of “light” earnings in one of the channels of the telephone envoy, agreed to a monetary reward for arson for the electricity object, the police said.
For places of incident and minors, material evidence of participation in a crime, in particular: were removed:
- a bottle of flammable fluid;
- textile;
- Box from matches;
- Correspondence of a mobile phone with a so -called curator.
Production in accordance with part 2 of art. 194–1 (deliberate damage to the electricity objects) of the Criminal Code. The circumstances of the crime are established.
At the end of the preliminary investigation, the issue of sending to the court will be resolved to use mandatory educational measures against the criminal, since it did not reach the age at which the crime committed is criminal, the police said.
